Author Biography
Patrick Hulbert represented the England junior bowls team from 2006-2013, amassing twenty-four caps at junior level. He is the editor of Time Out Doha, former editor of Bowls International, and has written for a number of local newspapers, Pitch Care magazine, and the Daily Telegraph.
