Description

Author Biography

Hugh Tait, formerly a Deputy Keeper at the British Museum, was an internationally recognized scholar in the field of European decorative arts and a former president of the Society of Jewellery Historians. His many publications include (as editor) The Art of the Jeweller: A Catalogue of the Hull Grundy Gift to the British Museum and Five Thousand Years of Glass.
