Author Biography
Huw Lewis Jones is a writer and teacher who loves wild nature. He creates books for adults about maps and explorers, whilst for children it's mostly been apples so far. With wife Kari and daughter Nell, he lives in a little house in Cornwall, though often spends his summers at the North Pole.Fred Blunt has illustrated dozens of books, as well as writing his own. Humour has always been top of Fred's list when it comes to drawing. Right from those early (rather unflattering) portraits of teachers, Fred knew he wanted to entertain with his work. Now writing and illustrating his own, very silly picture books - Fred couldn't be happier.
Reviews"In time for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, a funny, silly rhyming story about generosity and the joy of giving." * The Bookseller *
