Description
The perfect boredom-buster for when you cant get outdoors, and a wonderful way of sparking children's imagination. Watch Dragon and his magical friends as their faces and scenes change, thanks to Venetian window paper technology. With a winning combination of bold, expressive artwork and engaging rhyming text, this interactive, bright, bold board book is sure to become a household favourite! The Little Faces board book series encourages children to get involved with the animal characters and the situations they're in, while offering a playful, funny story. Simply by turning the page, the special paper movement causes the animals' faces to change or a scene to transform quickly. The effect is both fun and exciting, and an effective way of enhancing storytelling.
Author Biography
Carly Madden is a children's books editor and author who lives in Essex with her husband and two children. She loves making books that spark curiosity and imagination. HANAKO CLULOW left Japan in 1997 for Ireland, where she studied visual arts and English. She then headed to England to explore her passion for child psychology, obtaining a BSc in psychology from the University of London in 2007. While she was deeply fascinated by child psychology, her passion for the arts re-emerged, which led her to pursue life as an illustrator. Her work draws upon a broad range of interests such as nature, the animal kingdom, psychology, fantasy and her native culture.
