Author Biography
Born in the south Island of New Zealand the author's interests in motor sport started as an apprentice leading to working on single seater racing cars from the age of 18. 10 years of racing and rallying followed before the decision to move to Britain and work full time in the motor sport industry. This is the second of Allan Scott's books on his experiences in motor racing over 15 years while based there. During that time he instigated the race engine development programmes for many leading car manufacturers. He later returned to his native New Zealand where he campaigns one of the TWR racing Rovers in local Classic events.
