In financial and emotional despair, Suzanne returns home to live with her mother. But instead of finding peace of mind her already complicated life becomes even more chaotic. The increasingly rocky relationship with her foster son Luka, a one-night-stand with a teenage corner-shop employee and the trauma of having to handle her mother's new boyfriend don't make her road to recovery any smoother.
