She lives in Eugene, Oregon. Melissa Sweet is the illustrator of many acclaimed children's books, including her collaboration with Judy Sierra on Schoolyard Rhymes. She is also the author and illustrator of Carmine- A Little More Red. She lives in Rockport, Maine.
