A title in the "Black Stallion" series, dealing with the stallion's mysterious origins. He was specially bred to strengthen the bloodlines of Sheik Abu Ishak's herds, but after fleeing to the desert to elude horse traders he is eventually recaptured and put aboard a tramp steamer.
