Author Biography

JOHN ADAMSON is Fellow in History at Peterhouse, University of Cambridge, UK. His previous publications include 'The Noble Revolt: The Overthrow of Charles I' (2007), which received the Samuel Pepys Award and was named as 'Book of the Year' by The Economist and The Financial Times.
