Author Biography

Louise Grime has been practising yoga for 40 years and teaching for 30. She currently teaches at the Life Centre in Notting Hill, London. After doing teachers' training in Sivinanda Ashram in Kerala, India, she completed the Iyengar teachers' training programme in London in 1994. Since then she has developed a more flowing style. The teachers who have had the greatest influence on her are BKS Iyengar, Shandor Remete, John Scott, and Alaric Newcombe.
