DAVID CROWTHER is Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility and Head of Centre for Research into Organisational Governance at Leicester Business School, De Montfort University, UK. GUELER ARAS is Professor of Finance and Accounting and Director of Graduate School at Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey.
