Author Biography
Charmaine D'Souza is an Indian dietician, clinical nutritionist, health consultant and author. She has three decades of experience in guiding her clients to good nutrition and healthcare. She is the author of Kitchen Clinic and Blood Sugar and Spice, published by Penguin Random House India. Charlyene D'Souza has studied naturopathy and has a diploma in nutrition and health education. She has also done a course in culinary nutrition from George Brown College, Toronto. Savlyene D'Souza has studied sports nutrition and is a certified yoga instructor. She has diplomas in nutrition and health education as well as in food and nutrition.
