Author Biography
Emeril Lagasse is a chef, restaurateur, and author of fifteen bestselling cookbooks including his most recent book, SIZZLING SKILLETS AND OTHER ONE-POT WONDERS. He is the proprietor of twelve restaurants across the United States . A television personality, Emeril most recently launched Fresh Food Fast with the Cooking Channel. He also hosts Emeril Green on Discovery's Planet Green and his show Emeril Live can be seen on the Cooking Channel. He is the food correspondent for ABC's Good Morning America. In 2002, Emeril established the Emeril Lagasse Foundation to support children's educational programs.
