Author Biography
Niamh Orbinski started her career in the food industry before setting up her weight inclusive, online nutrition practice specialising in intuitive eating, disordered eating and body image. Her podcast, 'Food, Body & Beyond', reached No. 1 in the Apple Podcasts Nutrition charts on launch week. No Apologies is her first book.
